Raimond de Villeneuve, the OG winemaker's assistant and protégée Margaux Gentile has taken over the reins with an aim to make amazing wines that Raimond would be proud of.
Organic grapes grown in Côtes de Provence near Bandol. These 29ha of vines at a steep 390m elevation grow on limestone and clay soils giving these wines a distinct sense of terroir.
The wines of Chateau de Roquefort are joyful and energetic wines, mediating between the salty Mediterranean seabreeze sophistication and hedonistic chuggability. Equal parts finesse and fun.
These wines have long been championed by Fergus Henderson of London, UK's St. John restaurant.
